Bhd. was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on September 2006 as a private limited company with paid-up capital, RM 300, 000 and authorized capital, RM 500, 000.We offer a wide range of services in the metal fabrication and engineering sector, specializing in CNC Laser Cutting, CNC Turret Punching, bending, MIG & TIG welding, polishing, etc. Our expertise were in providing total sheet-metal solutions has made us a notable contractor for industrial parts and equipment fabrication, many of which concern electronic and electrical, banking & finance, food & medical, research & development industries. At first, our company has been operated at Perkampungan Juru, Bukit Mertajam, Penang but as to fulfill our stakeholders (i.e. customers, shareholders, employees and supplier alike) request we move to Taman Perindustrian Saga Jaya, Prai, Penang. With being here our operation became more effective and efficient as it located at the more strategic location.

In order to improve our quality standard in all area we are looking for ISO standard such as ISO90001 for Management System, ISO14001 for Environment and OHSAS for Occupational Health And Safety. Beside that we are practicing The 5S's Japanese concept in our company culture that are Seiri ( sorting), Seiton (Straighten or set in order), Seiso (Sweeping), Sekeitsu (Standardizing) and Shitsuke (Sustaining). With adapting this entire concept, company's activities became more effective and efficient.

Sheet metal
Sheet metal is simply metal formed into thin and flat pieces. It is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking, and can be cut and bent into a variety of different shapes. Countless everyday objects are constructed of the material. Thicknesses can vary significantly, although extremely thin thicknesses are considered foil or leaf, and pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are considered plate.


Welding is the most common way of permanently joining metal parts. In this process, heat is applied to metal pieces, melting and fusing them to form a permanent bond. Because of its strength, welding is used in shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing and repair, aerospace applications, and thousands of other manufacturing activities. Welding also is used to join beams when constructing buildings, bridges, and other structures and to join pipes in pipelines, power plants, and refineries.
We are using two types of arc welding, Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) andMetal Inert Gas (MIG) welding. TIG welding often is used with stainless steel or aluminum. The welder holds the welding rod in one hand and an electric torch in the other hand. The torch is used to simultaneously melt the rod and the piece. MIG uses a spool of continuously fed wire instead of a rod, which allows the welder to join longer stretches of metal without stopping to replace a rod. The welder holds the wire feeder, which functions like the alligator clip in arc welding that involves two large metal alligator clips that carry a strong electrical current. One clip is attached to any part of the piece being welded. The second clip is connected to a thin welding rod. When the rod touches the piece, a powerful electrical circuit is created. The massive heat created by the electrical current causes both the piece and the steel core of the rod to melt together, cooling quickly to form a solid bond. The speed with which the welder works can affect the strength of the weld.


Cutting sheet metal can be done in various ways from hand tools called tin snips up to very large powered shears. With the advances in technology, sheet metal cutting has turned to computers for precise cutting. Our sheet metal cutting operations are based on CNC Lasers Cutting and CNC Turret Punching.

CNC Laser Cutting

involves moving a lens assembly carrying a beam of laser light over the surface of the metal. Oxygen or nitrogen or air is fed through the same nozzle from which the laser beam exits. The metal is heated and then burnt by the laser beam, cutting the metal sheet. By using CNC Laser Cutting, it will improve flexibility and reacting rapidly to changing requirements. It is offers low cost for prototype and short runs since no physical tooling is needed, the heat distortion is minimal (heat affected zone is about 10% of material thickness) and the parts will remain flat. CNC Laser Cutting also produces identical parts consistently; maintain close tolerances, wide range of materials and with minimal burrs. It works best on materials such as carbon or stainless steels.
Meanwhile CNC Turret Punching is performed by moving the sheet of metal between the top and bottom tools of a punch. The top tool (punch) mates with the bottom tool (die), cutting a simple shape (e.g. a square, circle, or hexagon) from the sheet. An area can be cut out by making several hundred small square cuts around the perimeter. CNC Turret Punching is more suitable for regular and repetitive job works that give high productivity in an economical way and has an ability to produce variety of components without re-tooling and thereby saving in production cost. It will results in clean sheared edges, often as good as and sometimes better than laser. Bottom side features may be a few thousandths of an inch larger than specified. Some edges may show very minor signs of the successive punching process (less so on the bottom side).
